We began by checking in around all we’d been experimenting with since last time: ensuring the feedback we give is rooted in Behaviour, clear on Impact and opens up a Dialogue, and that we’re purposefully pulling in feedback too. AKA Get them to BID you!

And then, in our fourth and final session together, we jumped into the timely topic of Goal setting, orienting to a simple framework called SET — first practicing it in relation to our goals as managers and then practicing purposefully guiding those we manage towards their own goals through coaching approaches.
